Most of our items are hand made in-house by our badass team of seamstresses, this means when you place an order we then begin making it! Unless it states 'Ready to Ship' then our current aim of 7-10 working days for production will be in place, then your chosen shipping method added on.

Please note any Next Day Delivery orders will ONLY be shipped via Next Day by 1pm once ready. This does not speed up the production time it just means once its finished it will be in your hands the next working day! YAY! 

Our girls work Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm, any orders placed on the weekend will be accepted and begin production the following working day.

These are estimated delivery times as working days. 

All Express International orders are sent via DHL tracked service. 

We use Royal Mail (UK) signed for service for all UK orders. Once posted we cannot be held responsible for any delays.

 WHERE’S MY PARCEL?

All parcels are trackable and require a signature upon delivery.

You will receive an email or text once your order has been shipped which will contain your tracking details. If you need extra help with tracking a parcel please email CONTACT@SUXCEEDWOMENS.COM and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please check with your neighbour or local post office before contacting us, if you have missed the delivery Royal Mail will leave a red ‘For You’ card with you or your neighbours’ address.

This service runs on working days and does not include Saturday or Sunday. 

• UK SPECIAL DELIVERY: NEXT WORKING DAY BEFORE 1PM: £7.99

If ordered before 3 p.m. GMT (Monday - Thursday) delivery will be the next working day (this does not include Saturday and Sunday).  

Orders made on Friday or Saturday using this method will be delivered on Monday.

Orders made after 11am on Saturday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

• EUROPE & WORLDWIDE 

These services are tracked and OR signed for depending on the country. The delivery time scale is an estimate provided by DHL or Royal Mail, customs delays have not been accounted for, we will try our best to guide you with the right information when tracking an order that is held at customs but this is under the control of the country it is entering. Any delays with the courier can only be handled by contacting the courier, once your order has been shipped the courier is then liable for delays or loss. You are liable for any charges regarding customs. 

Any customs fees due are to be paid for by the customer.

Once your parcel has been posted it will make its way to the chosen destination, once entered into chosen country it is then handled by local postal services, any parcels missed for delivery will be held at your local sorting office.

NATIONAL HOLIDAYS:

All orders placed over the UK Bank Holiday(s) will not be dispatched until the next working day. National Holidays in the UK do not count as business days. If ordering around holiday times: Easter, Christmas and any other UK bank holidays please make sure you are counting these days as non-business days when ordering.

MISUSE:

Any orders misusing discount codes will be cancelled - This includes giving discount codes to friends and family. - Discount codes are given to individuals ONLY and previous customers. Please read descriptions on the items as 'outfit offers' are not allowed to be discounted.
