We accept all major debit cards & credit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.

All credit/debit cardholders will withstand validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.  Additional validation and fraud checks will be carried out internally.


If you need to RETURN an item to us please follow these steps: 

Please note we can only return 'Ready to Ship' items, any made to order items are exchange ONLY

  • State your order number as the subject of the email, for example; ‘Order Number - 1234’.
  • Please state your reason, your item specified and wether it is an exchange or return, You will then receive instructions on how to return the goods back to us. Please allow 48 hours for a response. 
  • Please enclose your original invoice inside return parcel stating clear instructions for our team.

If you need to EXCHANGE an item: 

Please follow the above steps and let us know the date the new item(s) are needed for, so we can try our best to get it sorted asap! 


Terms and Conditions

    • Underwear or tights cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and hygiene reasons.
    • Delivery charges will be refundable if the goods you have received are faulty or the total sale has been refunded.
    • Any exchanges made will be posted back to you by us, at our expense.
    • All items must have all tags attached, item(s) unworn, not tampered with, no stains, strong smells, make up or tan. The items sent back should be sent back in a sellable condition. If items have been tampered with, we cannot accept the return or exchange as we are unable to re-sell.
    • All exchanges or returns must be made within 28 days from confirmation date of delivery. 
    • Please email us instead of contacting our social media accounts regarding your orders. 
    • When returning goods you are liable for postage costs, please ask for proof of postage when doing so as you can protect yourself for any loss. We advise you use a tracked & signed service so your parcel will be covered for the cost of your order if anything happens. This is NOT a must but for your own protection, as until it reaches us, SUXCEED are not held responsible.

If you have sadly received a faulty item please email Suxceedwomens.cs@gmail.com.Any faulty items will be replaced by our team as soon as possible. Any costs for return postage will be refunded by Suxceed.
