Frequently Asked Questions

We offer full refunds for our exclusive pre-made collections.
Handmade to Order products:
To protect our seamstresses hard work and effort we can only accept exchanges or credit notes.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.
In the case when theproduct and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you areeligiblefor a full refund.

In the case whenthe packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you areeligiblefor a partial refund.

In the case when aproduct has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you arenot eligiblefor a refund.

Please check our Terms of Service to see if you're eligible for a refund.
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

Once we receive your item back, we will send you an email of your credit note of the price of the item. This will be a code so you can use in the checkout on your next order.
In unfortunate cases that your event gets cancelled we can offer a full refund IF we have not begun production of our Hand-made Items.
If production has already been started (Usually within 24 hours of your order) we can only offer an exchange and a credit note.
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and show us proof of this incident.
Pre-made Sale Items can only be exchanged or returned for a credit note.
All of our products come with a 30 day warranty. If on rare occasions, your item arrives faulty, we will pay for the shipping for it to be sent back to us and we will repair the product and send it back to you.

Standard shipping can take up to 1-3 days in the UK. Next day Guaranteed delivery available.

We ship worldwide! Overseas shipping could take up to 5-7 business days.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

Handmade orders are put in a queue. We can however on rare occasions push urgent orders through quicker if it is desperately needed for an event.

(Please Note: These delivery times are placed after the 5-7 working days production time. Using next day delivery shipping doesn't mean you'll receive your order the next day. It means your order will be with you on the next day the items are finished being produced.)

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Hand-made Collections
Handmade collections take up to 5-7 working days to produce (Let us know if you need your outfit for a specific date and we'll get it to you)
We usually restock sold out items within 1 to 2 weeks. Please send us an email or give us a call to check.
If an item or collection is sold out and we don't plan on restocking it, we can order it in specially for you but with an extra charge of 30% more than the price advertised.
You will receive a confirmation email of your order. Once your order is finished being made, we will fulfil it and you will be send an email confirmation and your tracking details.
(Please look out for this, even in your junk folder)
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Use the shipping estimator in the cart to check your shipping rates.

Upon ordering, please state in your order notes the date/event in which you are needing your outfit for. Alternatively you can send us an email or give us a call. We will let our Seamstresses know.
We can make any item in any fabric. Please send us an email and let us know which fabric you would like in a certain item on the website.
In our busy summer periods we aim for the 5-7 working days production target. In some cases we may run a little behind due to the high demand of orders.
Please send us an email at contact@suxceedwomens.com if your order still hasn't been sent and we can update you on the progress.
This depends on what is needed. Please send us an email with your needs and we will do our best.

Please send the outfit back to: The Works, Morgan Street, New Tredegar, Wales, NP24 6AE with a note in your parcel of the change in size and we will make the item for you.

Our material is very stretchy so, if you are in-between sizes we recommend going down a size to avoid any baggy fabric.
If you would like custom sizing, please send us an email or write in your order notes your measurements and we will have our Seamstress make your outfit to size.
For more accurate sizing send us an image of yourself so we can determine what size you'd be.
State in your order notes or email us what size items you'd like in your outfit.
