Every order will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure you have added your email address to your order and check your spam/junk folder.
If you forgot to add your email to your order, please send us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll confirm your order has been received.

(Please Note: These delivery times are placed after the 5-7 working days production time. Using next day delivery shipping doesn't mean you'll receive your order the next day. It means your order will be with you on the next day the items are finished being produced.)
Returns and exchanges
When we receive an exchange back, we aim for a 1-2 working day production time. If you are needing your exchange back quicker please send us an email.
Please send exchanges or items back to: Suxceed, 273 Southmead Road, Bristol, BS10 5EL, UK with your paper receipt and request.
Once we recieve your item back, we will send you an email of your credit note of the price of the item. This will be a code so you can use in the checkout on your next order.
To protect our seamstresses hard work and effort we can only accept exchanges or credit notes.
We operate as a made-to-order brand.
In unfortunate cases that your event gets cancelled we can offer a full refund IF we have not begun production of our Hand-made Items.
If production has already been started (Usually within 24 hours of your order) we can only offer an exchange and a credit note.
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Pre-made Sale Items cannot be exchanged. They can however be returned and refunded.
Our production time aim is 5-7 working days. Each outfit is made by hand and is put in a queue.

You will receive a confirmation email of your order. Once your order is finished being made, we will fulfil it and you will be send an email confirmation and your tracking details.
(Please look out for this, even in your junk folder)
Upon ordering, please state in your order notes the date/event in which you are needing your outfit for. Alternatively you can send us an email or give us a call. We will let our Seamstresses know.
We usually restock sold out items within 1 week. Please send us an email or give us a call to check.
If an item is sold out and we won't be restocking it, we can order it in specially for you but with an extra charge of 20% more than the price advertised.
(This is due to the price of 1 metre of fabric being more expensive than the bulk orders we make)
We can make any item in any fabric. Please send us an email and let us know which fabric you would like in a certain item on the website.
In our busy summer periods we aim for the 5-7 working days production target. In some cases we may run a little behind due to the high demand of orders.

Please send the outfit back to: Suxceed, 273 Southmead Road, Bristol, BS10 5EL, UK with a note in your parcel of the change in size and we will make the item for you.
Our material is very stretchy so, if you are in-between sizes we recommend going down a size to avoid any baggy fabric.
If you would like custom sizing, please send us an email or write in your order notes your measurements and we will have our Seamstress make your outfit to size.
For more accurate sizing send us an image of yourself so we can determine what size you'd be.
State in your order notes or email us what size items you'd like in your outfit.
Please send us a picture of your student card to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a 10% discount.
We generally release 3 collections a year.
